After finishing up seeing Hunter Valley's vineyards from the air in as many ways as possible and checking out their soil profiles that contribute to the great Shiraz and Semillon of the region we decided to take off south to Canberra in the ACT.
The first winery to ever be stablished in Canberra was called Mount Majura Vineyard. "Establishing a vineyard" isn't an easy task to do and so Colin desperately wanted to learn a bit more about how one would go about doing that.
First, though, he had to see if he could "spot" any of the limestone plains Canberra was so well known for from the air, this time not just by plane.
