I'm a traveler and yoga practicioner . I have been in many countries (24 still count) and I was struggling to keep up my yoga routine during the traveling.
Many of us love to have a yoga routine. Not always it's possible to keep up with your yoga routine, especially when you travel. I was in the same situation when I was traveling and want to keep up my daily routine. I was doing this since I started with yoga a few years ago. Depending on where and how you travel, there is a different way of yoga that you can do.
Main thing is to do at least one session from 15 min and of course don't forget the Power Yoga thing before you start your travel. I have been doing yoga in trains, airplanes, in the airport terminal and next to the road while I was traveling by car. But the most difficult place to do this, is the train. It's hard because you and the train are moving and you don't have solid ground to do your yoga poses.
