When you think of Barcelona the first thing you think of certainly isn’t pancakes. But with these amazing and tantilisingly tasty spots, we’re here to change your mind…
1. Go to Tibidabo Amusement park – this quirky theme park is perched atop Tibidabo mountain and makes a great day out, particularly when you’re with children. However, don’t worry if rides aren’t your thing, you can just take in the panoramic views of the city instead!

What makes you fall in love with a city? Maybe because it has a perfect climate, its annual average temperature is around 15ºC - 17ºC. During the winter it rarely drops below 5ºC and in the summer it reach easily 25ºC. So what does that mean?
Barcelona has great memories for me. I speak of my new years eve in the Gothic Quarter in a warm and charismatic atmosphere.

What makes travel so exciting?

For me it’s about exploring new destinations, meeting new people, tasting new food and… getting lost.

This diary is about a short trip through Catalunya on New Year. Starting in Barca, we hired a car and visited some towns and places of interest in the region discovered places, traditions and specificities of this region which is hardly similar to other regions of Spain.
