I'm not into art at all. So it won't seem strange if I call art weird, strange, unusual and yummy.
“That certainly looks a lot different from the campsites I’ve been to,” commented a friend on Facebook shortly after I posted photos from a weekend camping trip on the Costa Brava, Spain’s wild coast.
This painting is 12x6 meters huge, which makes it probably the largest oil painting on canvas, but for sure the biggest Strambotic painting of the world. It's the first of three paintings in that size which Quim Hereu will present.

While in Barcelona I had the opportunity to attend the F1 race at the Circut de Catalunya.

Being an American, I honestly don't know much about the F1 races but with stands filled to the brim, it was easy to see the people there were passionate about their race cars.

Who knew a damaged meniscus could bring me to Costa Brava... I didn't and Sven from Traveldudes neither. But his bad luck brought me good luck. (Get well soon Sven!)
