Did you know the green pesto sauce hometown is Genoa?
I lately discovered this city during a blogtrip. And the cuisine was a very important compenent of the itinerary. I couldn't agree more.
Although the green pesto sauce is world famous, Genoa might not.
But everybody visiting Genoa wants to find a spot where to taste the original: the Pesto genovese, I've been told.
Which better place than a restaurant that is producing the pesto hand-made with pestle and mortar using the most traditional ingredients?
