The Western Cape’s wildflower route has become one of South Africa’s most popular attractions.
Road trips are a brilliant way to spend one’s weekend and there is no shortage of destinations for those fortunate enough to call the Western Cape their home.
South Africa is more than Cape Town, the Garden Route, the Kruger National Park and the Big Five. This photo was on the way to the Orange River, which is a natural border line to Namibia. We landed at the Uppington International Airport and then headed further West for a 5 hours drive.
This is how I always remember the seaside village of Paternoster.   This ruggedly beautiful spot along South Africa's West Coast has become way more than just a spot to buy fish and chips or pass by whilst road tripping.

and again I'm heading to... Cape Town, South Africa! Awesome!
