The Mall starts close to the station and goes up until it reaches Scandal Point, close to the Ridge. From there on it goes down again to the small streets of the Basar. Along the Mall you'll find many shops who sell ice cream, clothes etc. It's completely closed for rikschas, even the ones without engines. So it's nice to stroll around.
