The 4th Travel Bloggers Unite Conference, This Time in Porto, Promises to Be Very Special
Traveldudes will also be the official Media Partner of the 4th Travel Bloggers Unite Conference in Porto.
Block Your Dates: 7th - 9th of September!
We are really looking forward to this conference!
Why is that?
First of all, Porto is always worth a trip and why not use this 'business' trip to explore the region and more of Portugal?
But it's also the topics, which will be presented by many interesting speakers and the line up of delegates, which will promise an exciting time!
With fellow blogging experts Keith Jenkins and Janice Waugh, Traveldudes will be explaining and showing the blogger's biggest current problem: The ROI - The Return Of Investment.
But we won't just talk about it!
We will go a step further!
We will keep this still a little surprise, but you won't regret to join this presentation!
It's going to be the most important session for the travel industry, but also a very hot topic for the whole internet branch! Promise!
What else to expect?
There will be City Tours, Photo & Video Workshops and Walks, a Pub Quiz, the popular Travel Bloggy Awards and a choice of 5 free and excellent post conference blog trips!
On the conference itself there will be many very interesting presentations and courses. Traveldudes will for example talk about "How To Build A Community" and we'll share our experience we made in the last couple of years.
Very new will be the 'Bespoke Networking Event'. This will be a new way of having a Speed Networking Session! Meet the industry and pre-book your appointments in advance. You choose the time, which suits you best and there will be enough time to choose from. The total 'Bespoke Networking' time will last much longer than at past conferences. Book your slot and then you will have 10 minutes to introduce yourself and to present your blog and services.
The conference venue is also a nice choice with the 5* Sheraton Porto Hotel & Spa. They offer special delegate rates of € 100,- per night in a deluxe double room. Find some pics here. The hotel is located in the centre and is in walking distance, a quick taxi ride or only a short metro journey away of many sights and attractions.
Or you just find your own place to stay in town. You'll find b&b's, pensions and guest houses for as cheap as € 17 per room per night. There are hostels offering dorm beds for € 7,- per night. Or if you prefer to have your own room, get a private hostel room for around € 20,- per room per night. There are cheap hotels offering you rates from € 36,- per room per night.
You are coming alone and would like to share a room? Use TBU's accommodation group to find like minded 'snorers'. ;-)
Don't wait too long, get your TBU ticket & your accommodation!
We are looking forward to see you in Porto!
