Recently I had the pleasure of visiting the City of Krakow in Poland. I was not expecting too much from the city but it turned out to be a fantastic experience with archaeological and architectural wonders.
Qinghai Lake, 180km away from Xining, Qinghai Province, is the largest inland salty lake in China. If you are on the tibet railway, you may have the chance to have a glimpse of the lake on the train.
