Volendam Ship Departing from Vancouver's Harbour

Once cruise ship season starts in Vancouver, there's at least one new ship docking every day of the week.  

I used to go and sit out at the pier and watch the ships take off with all of the happy people taking off on vacation.  I'd sit there with some music, a good book, and dream of being wherever they were off to.  It's the best way to escape when you can't afford to.

This ship is the Volendam from the Holland America line.  It departed for Alaska sometime in September.
