Mindelo Roof Tops - Reminders of its Colonial Past

Mindelo is known as the cultural centre of the Cape Verde Islands and is the birthplace of the legendery singer Cesaria Evora.

I spent a wonderful afternoon there wondering the streets photographing the faded and crumbling buildings, reminders of its colonial past.
