Hanoi City Center at Night

Taken from the top of City View Building in Hanoi's town center.

This is the place to see or be seen while everything generally moves through the center here. The subject is called the KFC Building in town and taken at night using slow shutter speed. No tripod as I used a balcony railing to support my DSLR while enjoying a cup of Vietnamese Iced Coffee.
