Andes Lodge has single, double and matrimonial rooms; for parties of three an extra bed can be placed in a double room. All of our rooms have mountain views and in order to give our guests a good night's sleep we provide orthopedic beds and down duvets. There is 24 hour hot water throughout the lodge. The lodge is an ideal place to enjoy the tranquility and relaxed pace of life in Yamana. The comfortable lounge is equipped with music, cable TV, DVD and games. Guests can take it easy on the roof-top terrace, sipping a drink from the bar whilst looking out onto snow-capped mountains. The small, tranquil garden is ideal for reading or snoozing in the sun. Our rustic mud-oven allows the preparation of home-made pizzas and a separate area is used for cooking "Pachamanca", a traditional Andean dish where meat, potatoes and vegetables are cooked underground using hot stones. The owners keep cuy (guinea pigs), another of the popular Andean dishes on offer for guests who wish to try something new. A laundry service is offered at a minimal charge and guests are welcome to store luggage at the lodge free of charge.
