(3) The customer is authorized to edit or to change his own content (purs. to §23UrhG).
(4) The customer is not authorized to give the rights of use to a third party. He is not allowed to sell, rent, give away or to dispose the content to a third party without the permission of the website owner.
(5) The customer gets a user name and a password from the website owner, so that the customer can edit his business content on http://www.traveldudes.org.

(1) The customer is responsible for deficiencies of his content and that these accomplish the requirements within the limits of the law.
(2) The customer guarantees that he is authorized and has the rights of use to publish the content which this contract represents and that no rights of a third party exist, according to §5 of this contract (purs. to §443 sec. No. 1 BGB). The customer also guarantees that the content which this contract represents will not violate any rights of a third party (purs. to §443 sec. No. 1 BGB).
(3) The website owner is not committed to check the contents for possible legal offences. If a third party should prosecute a claim because of legal offences, which results of the customers content, then the customer commits to take full responsibility and withdraw any responsibility of the website owner and replace any costs of the website owner, which could be the result of a prosecution.
(4) The website owner is only for lighter carelessness liable, when the essential responsibilities are violated (cardinal obligation). (3) The right for a cancellation will be untouched for important reasons (purs. to §314 sec. 1 BGB).
(4) An important reason for a cancellation of the contract is especially for the website owner, if the customer does not pay his debt even after getting a reminder as well as if he does not comply with the terms of payment of §3 of this contract as well as not applying to his commitments of §2 sec. 3 as well as §6 sec. 4 of this contract.
(5) An important reason for a cancellation of the contract is especially for the customer, if the website owner does not fulfil his obligation on long-term according to §2 sec. 2 as well as sec 4 of this contract.
6.6
(1) This contract is exclusively subject to German law.
(2) Any disputes relating to this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Amtsgericht Köln, Germany.
(3) If sections or individual terms of this contract are ineffective or loose its efficiency at a later instance, the contents as well as the validity of the other parts of this contract remains uninfluenced by this fact.
