Even the biggest project begins with a dream. 

We had a dream, which became a reality: to own a farmhouse in Tuscany.

After long period of hesitations we finally bought the  villa in state of ruins, we worked few years to renovate the extraordinary stone house near Cortona and converted the big farmhouse into one of the finest Tuscany's vacation apartment hotels in the area.
